Frequently Asked Questions

Our party bike tours in Phoenix require a minimum of 6 guests (to a maximum of 15).

All of our bikes have a bench at the bike that seats 2-3 guests that are non-pedaling. Please keep in mind we do require the minimum number of guests noted above to be pedaling. Any additional guests are able to use a non-pedaling seat.

You may bring alcoholic beverages on board the bike! All drinks are BYOB — Bring Your Own Beer. We will bring a cooler and ice! Please abide by the following rules and laws listed below:

• Beer and wine only. (Ciders and seltzers included)
• Only cans (absolutely no glass)
• All alcoholic beverages must stay on the vehicle, you can only drink on the vehicle.

All food/drinks are not included in the tour price, and will be up to your group to purchase at each stop day of the tour.

We do provide complimentary bottles of water onboard the bike. 

Full refund for cancellations more than 14 days prior, tours rescheduled for cancellations 8-14 days prior, no refunds or tour rescheduling for cancellations within 7 days of the tour. Tours run rain or shine; in the event of severe weather tours as determined by Urban Pedal Tours may be delayed or cancelled. If tour is cancelled by Urban Pedal Tours a full refund or rain check will be provided with as much notice as possible.

We reserve the right to cancel any tours with less than the minimum number of riders required to pedal the bike. 

Phoenix party bike tours require a minimum of 8 guests (to a maximum of 15).

Public tours (individual seat bookings) require a minimum of 8 seats to be booked to go ahead.

We reserve the right to  cancel or reschedule the tour if the minimum number of riders is not met.

We typically ride rain or shine! If there is a severe weather warning, the guide will determine if it’s safe to continue.

If the guide cancels your tour for any other reason, you will be given the option to re-book or request a full refund.

Absolutely!! Pick from our playlists, or connect to our onboard Bluetooth stereo system, and lead the pack with your favorite beats!

Your safety is our primary concern. Our bikes are equipped with high back seats, handle bars, and hydraulic brakes to keep you comfortable and safe. We typically travel at an easy 10 km/h pace. You do not HAVE to wear a helmet, but if you would like to wear one, feel free to bring one along! Urban Pedal Tours will not provide any helmets.

Dress for the weather! If you bring a jacket or sweater, you can store it in our cubby on the bike if you get too hot.

We definitely recommend wearing closed toed shoes. DO NOT wear flip flops, open-toed sandals, or high heels.

Pants or shorts are a better bet than a dress or skirt.
